After their starring role in the ITV show, James Martin’s Great British Adventure, our favourite Lossie brewery are hoping to raise their profile ever higher. Windswept have been announced as finalists in the 2019 North East Scotland Food and Drink Awards. Shortlisted in two categories – Best Brewed for HURRICANE, a 4.5% session IPA and Best Food and Drink Tourism Experience for the Windswept Tap Room.
This month also sees two of their beers, already crowned best in their class for Scotland, competing to be best in Britain, at BeerX, independent beer awards.
Have you been to the taproom yet? Not just beer, but great coffee and cakes, too. Brewery tours available. Open 10-5 Monday to Sat, with extended opening on Fridays until 8pm.
